Sustainability Governance Structure and Responsibility for Implementing Sustainability Strategy

  The Company has established a dedicated committee focused on managing sustainability issues. This committee is led by a Sustainability Champion, an individual appointed to represent the Company as well as each subsidiary, reporting directly to the President Director. In its implementation, the Sustainability Champion is supported by a cross-functional team that plays a strategic role in managing and implementing sustainability initiatives across all entities, both at the parent and subsidiary levels.

Roles and Responsibilities of Sustainability Champion

Members of the sustainability committee are responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring various initiatives at both the Company and subsidiary levels. The Sustainability Champion plays a role in approving, assessing, and reporting on the implementation of sustainability programs. Evaluation of initiative achievements is conducted periodically by the Director, who also has the authority to determine strategic steps to enhance implementation effectiveness.

President Director

  • Ensures effective and efficient implementation of sustainability initiatives across all organizational levels of the Company.

  • Approves and establishes sustainability strategies (short-term and long-term).

  • Conducts periodic evaluations of the implementation of sustainability initiatives.

Sustainability Champion

  • Leads the implementation of sustainability initiatives in each subsidiary effectively and efficiently.

  • Prepares sustainability initiative plans according to the context and objectives of each subsidiary, including budget planning.

  • Evaluates program achievements and provides guidance on the implementation of initiatives in each subsidiary on a periodic basis.

  • Reports the results of sustainability initiative implementation to the Director.

Sustainability Champion Members

  • Prepares sustainability initiative/program plans, resource needs, and budgets based on the strategic goals of each subsidiary.

  • Ensures initiatives are carried out according to the program by providing data, statistics, and other information periodically.

  • Develops evaluation plans/strategies, conducts analysis, and reports program achievements to the Sustainability Champion on a regular basis.
